Way to go, Kendra!  She is a self-advocate and reaches out when she has a question!
Shout out to Coty for soaring like an eagle when he was misunderstood.

Week 14 is due Monday, November 21.
NCVPS is closed Thursday and Friday of next week for the Thanksgiving holiday.  You will be able to access the course during the break -- Week 15 is due Monday, November 28.
We have 3 new weeks of course material left in our course and then 2 weeks of final exam activities.  Our course ends on Friday, December 16.
I will be re-opening all weeks for one week before final exams to allow you to catch up on any missing work -- please mark your calendars for  November 28-December 5 and plan accordingly.

When we are in leadership roles difficult situations arise. How we persevere and use innovation to be successful will define us as leaders. During the Apollo 13 mission, NASA had to come together to save the lives of their astronauts.  As you work on your NASA lists, remember their story.  Click on the image below to learn how the astronauts demonstrated integrity and discipline in a difficult situation.

As you begin to consider applying your leadership skills to the real world, seeing how they transfer into employment is a great start.  To learn about NASA's Leadership Model, go to http://leadership.nasa.gov/Model/Overview.htm.  It includes a research-based model for ALL NASA employees...not just astronauts.  Plus it is NASA...and NASA is COOL!
