- Go back to Modules 1 and 2 - review your assignments and look at where you started.
- Then go through the course and choose your favorite assignments and/or the assignments that show your growth.
- Think about the kind of leaders you have met this semester - which ones do you want to model? Review those leaders in the lessons in which you studied them.
- Go back through each module and re-read Lesson 1 and Lesson 2 notes for each module.
- Review Friday announcements to see the overview of each module posted. It is the same information as the lesson notes but in a different format.

- Part II: Empowering Others Discussion Board
Today you will complete the Empowering Others Discussion Board assignment. Keep in mind that this assignment should be done after you complete your Leadership Resume.
Think back to Module 14 - to empower means to give someone the courage and the power to do something. In the "Empowering Me" assignment, you created a stick figure that listed the specific ways you are empowered as well as how you want to continue to be empowered in the future. Use this image along with your leadership resume to help you with the Empowering Others Discussion Board. Now that you have a clear vision of your own leadership, send-off your classmates by empowering them to grow. Remember the barriers to empowerment you learned - ego, competition, control, resistance to change, and lack of patience. When you read your classmates' posts, which of these barriers relate to their fears? How can you empower each classmate to overcome these barriers and thus his/her fears?
Use the following smore to review quality replies:
