Module 10, like Module 9, asks you to do a lot of self-reflection.  Let's revisit Module 1's introduction to why leaders need to self-reflect:
"Leadership is a journey.  It is a process that requires you to make sense of your past and current thoughts, feelings, and interactions.  As a leader, self-reflection is necessary because it allows you to think about the things that work and do not work along with your journey. Through self-reflection, you learn to course-correct and refocus your journey."
As you consider your negative and positive habits this week, also consider where you are on your leadership journey.  What affects your leadership abilities the most? What negative habit is now an obstacle to your leadership development? What positive habit is helping you push forward?
Today's Assignments:
  • Module 9 Lesson 2 Notes - Check Your Knowledge
  • Module 9 Lesson 2 Assignment
  • Module 9 Post-Assessment
Module 9 Lesson 2 Notes & CYK
Lesson 2 is Internal Obstacles.  You will learn about the following topics in your notes: Internal Obstacles, Fear of Failure, Anxiety and Stress, Perfectionism and Apathy, Intolerance, Lacking Confidence, Rejection, Facing the Future, and How Leaders Handle Internal Obstacles. Thank you for posting a screenshot that includes identifying information - I need to see which quiz you took.
Module 9 Lesson 2 Assignment
Just as you did for Lesson 1, you are going to plan out how to overcome an obstacle only this time, the obstacle will be internal.  You may add to Lesson 1's Storybird or create a new one. For each page of your Storybird, be sure you have included at least one thing from the lesson.  Be creative and remember to reference what you learned in the notes about how to handle internal obstacles - you must show the application of what you learned from the notes.  Go back to Monday's announcement and view the Storybird tutorial if you need a reminder of how to use the tool.
