Module 14 Lesson 2 Practice Activity - Empowering Generation Y
To lead effectively in today's world, you must understand the culture. You are a member of Generation Z, however, you will be leading members of Generation Y as well as Z in your lifetime. This activity will help you learn more about Generation Y by interviewing a millennial. As you complete your interview, compare and contrast the two generations. Be sure to include the name and the year born of the person you interview so that it is clear you interviewed a millennial. As you interview, think about how you could use the information from the notes - dialogue, feedback, trust, delegation - to empower the person you are interviewing.
