Module 5 is due tomorrow. If all of your group members do not participate by today, the ones that have been working should complete and post the Group Contract template. Be sure to note on your contract the other member's name and the ways in which the group reached out. Leading in and with a group is not easy - the frustration is not fun, but it is a learning opportunity. Try out some the strategies from the notes and keep an open mind!

Module 5 Lesson 2 Assignment - Create a Team-Building Activity 
In your Lesson 2 practice, you identified the types of relationships leaders encounter and you added strategies for how to handle those relationships. Now it is time to put your knowledge to the test. For Module 2 Lesson 2 Assignment, you will read about a dysfunctional group and then create a team-building activity to help that group become more functional. Use what you learned about different relationships to identify the group members' types and then design an activity to meet as many of their needs as possible.  I cannot wait to read your solution for leading difficult relationships! If you use outside resources, be sure to cite them correctly.
