Module 7 Lesson 1 Practice Activity - Decisions, Decisions, Decisions
Today you will offer examples and non-examples of decision-making concepts. An example is something that a leader did or would do to show that concept while a non-example is something a leader did do or would do to go against that concept.
Tips:
- Follow the example on the template. Be specific and detailed.
- Be sure to fully explain your examples so it is clear you understand the content. If you do not have examples from your own leadership, use some you have observed or use your creativity to create examples.
- The goal of the assignment is to apply decision-making to real-world leadership so choose relevant leadership examples and non-examples. What would a leader do? What other leadership traits could a leader use to make decisions? Communication? Integrity?
