- When you access your Module 11 group homepage, you will have 2 discussions boards in place to get you started - one for sharing your group preferences and one for the group mission statement assignment. Wow - you have embraced your leadership journey and have come full circle. In Module 1, you set your first leadership goals. Then you spent Modules 2-9 reviewing, assessing, tweaking, and sometimes setting new leadership goals. With Module 10's work, you took all of that hard work and used it to show you are a disciplined leader. The 5 "R's" helped you publically state how you will lead yourself as well as how you will lead others. As you continue with the final modules for our course, remember your leadership goals: be responsible, be reflective, be resilient, be responsive, and be resourceful.
