Got Group Work?  Remember that there is a group activity in Module 11. Your group assignment is not the same as Module 5's group -- look for "Module 11 Group" when you click the "Groups" icon on the far left Canvas menu.  I created new groups (called Module 11 Groups) for this activity and shared them last week.
  • Be proactive and contact your group members early (TODAY) so that you are not scrambling to complete your work at the end of Module 11.
  • For information about groups in Canvas, review the group work smore found at https://www.smore.com/nhp78 (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site.
  • When you access your Module 11 group homepage, you will have 2 discussions boards in place to get you started - one for sharing your group preferences and one for the group mission statement assignment.  The template your group should use is attached to the Food Drive Mission Statement discussion as well as with the original lesson.  Remember if you all have gmails, you can use the collaboration feature to work on your template.
  • Be sure you put your initials beside anything you contribute to the mission statement.
  • Good luck and have fun!  Let me know if you have any questions.
Got Resources?  NCPVS provides lots of resources outside of our course to support you.  For virtual help from a peer, go to the Peer Tutoring Center. For technology issues, issue a help desk ticket with the Virtual Support Center. To learn more about the world around you, attend a Culture Cafe session. Click on the visual below to explore all of the resources NCVPS provides to you:

Wow - you have embraced your leadership journey and have come full circle.  In Module 1, you set your first leadership goals.  Then you spent Modules 2-9 reviewing, assessing, tweaking, and sometimes setting new leadership goals.  With Module 10's work, you took all of that hard work and used it to show you are a disciplined leader.  The 5 "R's" helped you publically state how you will lead yourself as well as how you will lead others.  As you continue with the final modules for our course, remember your leadership goals:  be responsible, be reflective, be resilient, be responsive, and be resourceful.
