Module 5 is due tonight.  Module 6 is open early today so that you can work ahead if you are ready.  Great job with group work this week!  I know it can be tough - hard things are necessary to help us grow!  As you reflect on this week, think about what you have learned about online group work and group work in general. How do leaders deal with relationship types in order to be effective communicators?  What will you do differently for the next group activity in Module 11?

Now that you have considered your collaboration strengths and weaknesses, consider how what you have learned this week about working with others will help you in your chosen career. A leader must be able to walk the walk and talk the talk to prove that he/she is “the real deal” and lead by example. Steve Harvey says, “success is not singular.”  Behind every success story, there is a group of individuals helping to motivate that individual to reach his/her goal. There are times when leaders would prefer to perform tasks independently, but when done with others it makes the job much easier and even more fun.
