Flashback...remember your first post-assessment in Module 1?  I included test-taking tips on that Friday announcement and then asked you to share your favorite with me. Take a look at those tips again before you take today's post-assessment.
Before you take your post-assessment for Module 12, 
  • Review the entire module. Read the introductions, review your Lesson 1 and Lesson 2 notes, and take a look at your practice and assignment activities as well.  
  • View the flashcards at the beginning of each set of notes so that you understand the vocabulary. 
When you take the post-assessment, remember good test-taking skills:
  • Breathe before you open the assessment.  Relax your body so that it will help you relax your mind.
  • Read the entire question including all answers before selecting one. Look for the central idea of the question - what is the main point?
  • Check over your work before you submit it. If you have a problem submitting, try once more. If you still a problem submitting the assessment, let me know and take screenshots of your intended answers.

Module 12 Lesson 2 Notes - Check Your Knowledge
Lesson 2 is about commitment and how it connects to leadership.  The notes include an overview of commitment as well as specific examples of how others have led with commitment.  Here are the lesson topics:  What is commitment?, Commitments Every Leader Must Make, How Leaders Display Commitment, How Leaders Inspire Others to Commit,  How Commitment Looks in the Real World, Montgomery Bus Boycott, PETA, NOW, Greenpeace
Module 12 Lesson 2 Assignment
Today you will create an elevator speech (sometimes called an elevator pitch) that explains one of your commitments.  Go to https://www.mindtools.com/pages/article/elevator-pitch.htm (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site. for tips on what to include your elevator speech - note tip #3 about your USP (unique selling proposition).
