Module 4 Lesson 2 Notes and Check Your Knowledge Quiz
Lesson 2 is Applying Integrity in Leadership. The notes include the following topics: Challenges, Competition, Resources, Credibility, Creativity, Uncertainty, Unfairness, Disunity, Plagiarism. Module 4 Lesson 2 Practice - Challenge to Integrity
One way to learn about leading with integrity is to learn from your peers. This assignment requires you to write a reflection, post it to the discussion board, and then reply to at least one classmate. For your reflection, be sure you answer all of the questions and offer specific examples so that your understanding is clear to me as well as your classmates. Be sure you are writing at least 150 words -- if you are answering all of the questions and offering examples, you will have written more! Take time to read what your classmates wrote. You are required to respond to one classmate, however, most students end up responding to more -- part of leadership development is discussing ideas and supporting other leaders. Follow the rubric for writing a quality reply - use the "Got Quality Replies" referenced in the Inform section as well. As with anything you post in our course, review before you submit.

Before posting any of your assignments, ask yourself the following questions:
- Did I follow all instructions?
- Did I completely answer the questions?
- Do I clearly reflect that I understand and am thinking about the topic? Did I use any weekly vocab?
- Do I clearly reflect that I am applying the topic to my life--asking questions, giving examples, etc.?
