Making decisions is not easy but practice does make permanent. If you apply a process, that process will become second-nature to you and you will make a better decision. You have explored decision-making concepts and looked how others have made decisions in the past. Now it is time for you to create your own process! Think about what you have learned this week (being proactive, dealing with bias, etc.) as well as what you know about goal-setting in general. Design a decision-making model (there is a guide in your notes) that includes the steps you need to take as a leader to make decisions - consider what you need to include to make sure you make a good leadership decision. https://www.smartdraw.com/flowchart/flowchart-tips.htm. You can use an application online that you are familiar with or you may draw it by hand and upload screenshots. Think through the steps carefully and you will create something that you and other leaders can use in the future!
