You learned that leaders can be proactive or reactive when making decisions.  Which one is best?  Which one is most like your current leadership style? Click on the visual below and read the short article from the University of Irvine's CHP Leaders Blog titled "Reactive or Proactive Style of Leadership." Pay close attention to the mindset difference chart and then take action by completing the reactive-proactive exercise.

Today's Assignment:
  • Module 7 Lesson 1 Assignment
Module 7 Lesson 1 Assignment
Today you will offer examples and non-examples of decision-making concepts. Be sure to fully explain your examples so it is clear you understand the content. If you do not have examples from your own leadership, use some you have observed or use your creativity to create examples.  The goal of the assignment is to apply decision-making to real-world leadership so choose relevant leadership examples and non-examples.
