NCVPS Virtual Support Center

Got tech issues?  Contact the NCVPS Virtual Support Center for help. The Virtual Support Center can help you with the following issues:

• reset Canvas passwords
• other login issues
• tech issues within your course
• general questions about NCVPS

Before you ask for help from the NCVPS Virtual Support Center, be sure you have done the following:

• Cleared your cache. For instructions, go to http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/  or http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
• Enabled all content.  Chrome is the recommended browser for Canvas. To enable content in Chrome, watch this video. 

If your issue is not resolved by caching and enabling, then screenshot the problem so the technician can see what you see. If you do not know how to screenshot, follow the instructions here.

To get help from the Virtual Support Center, you must issue a help desk ticket.  Here are the directions for how to issue a ticket:

1.  Go to https://www.help.ncvps.org/.

2.  Click on "Open a New Ticket" in the top right corner.

3.  Fill out the ticket information. Be sure to a working email and the full name of your course.
