Way to self-advocate, Shaquasia! She understands that asking questions is necessary for her success.
You should be finished with the Getting Started module and working on Week 1 today. Week 1 is due Monday so if you use your time wisely, you can complete your work during the week and stake the weekend off! It is Windshield Check Day! I look forward to hearing from you!
Be sure you are reading my comments in your gradebook -- some students say the feedback is as rewarding as the work!
To turn in your work,

Each week you are REQUIRED to text or email or message me your Windshield Check. Please follow the directions below:
- Review your lessons and assignments.
- Choose a windshield that best represents your learning during the current week. Ex. Rough start would be Muddy
- Text/email/message me your windshield type AND a brief explanation of why you chose that windshield.
I will use your Windshield Check to assess your learning and customize any help you might need to be successful in Leadership Development. I expect to hear from you by Thursday each week.
For Week 1, here are some example Windshield Checks:
- Clear - I have enjoyed getting to know my classmates, I understand how to navigate the course, and I have complete Week 1 work. Thanks! -Charlie Brown
- Rainy - Canvas is pretty easy to navigate and I am finished with Week 1 work. Posting my e-Card and my padlet gave me some trouble. Thanks! -Snoopy
- Muddy - This is my first course in Canvas so I have spent more time trying to figure out how it works. I am not done with Week 1 work. If I do not finish by Friday, I will complete it ovedr the weekend. Can I call you if I have questions? Thanks! -Linus
